Here are the e-books, databases, and other electronic resources available through EMCC Libraries. Use your CANVAS username and password if prompted. Ask a library staff member if you need assistance.


Find Free Resources

Not all of our electronic resources require an EMCC Username and Password.  Look for the open padlock icon on the A to Z List, or choose the word "Free" on the filter for Vendors.    You can also choose them by title here.


New / Trial Databases

The following databases are newly acquired or being evaluated for a future subscription.
Entrepreneurship Database This link opens in a new window This database bridges theory with practice, covering a wide spectrum of resources useful to educators, researchers, students and practitioners. Content ranges from the scholarly - including journals, dissertations, working papers and conference proceedings - to a full toolkit of practical guides, templates, forms, sample business plans and tips from successful entrepreneur in a wide range of formats - from video to downloadable Word and Excel files, as well as traditional text and PDFs.

Why should you use a library database?
  • You will find better quality information.
  • Searches will be faster.
  • Save searches and share information easily.
  • Citation tools help you avoid plagiarism.
